Q: Is your care medical or non-medical?

Our services are non-medical home care , focused on daily living support, comfort, and safety. We do provide Registered Nurse oversight for assessments and supervision of care plans.

Q: What does “RN oversight of care” mean?

A licensed Registered Nurse conducts an initial assessment and provides ongoing supervision to help ensure the care plan remains safe, appropriate, and consistent as needs change.

Q: How quickly can care start?

Care can often start quickly after an initial consultation and assessment. Timing depends on needs, schedule, and caregiver matching.

Q: What services do you offer?

We offer personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), companionship, homemaker services, meal preparation, mobility support, medication reminders, errands, appointment accompaniment, dementia care, and respite care.

Q: Can we request a multilingual caregiver?

Yes. We match clients with caregivers who can communicate in the preferred language when available (English, Yoruba, Igbo, Spanish, and more).
